Description
The project, located in the Vert-Galant neighbourhood in the south-east of Tremblay-en-France, involved building a complex of 41 rent-controlled social housing units; a building with 5 storeys above ground + an attic floor, an underground car park at basement level and a service area on the ground floor (reception and offices for the Jacques Tati cinema). In addition, a garden was created at the centre of the plot as a leisure space for residents.
